Track files contain the output of the preprocessing step. Given frame synchronous processing, track files will have a number of frames specified by the frameshift parameter.

Keys

Generally relevant keys are

DATA: must be set to TRACK
TYPE: datatype
DIM1: the number of frames
DIM2: the feature vector length
LAYOUT: typically MATRIX
TIMEBASE: CONTINUOUS/DISCRETE
FSHIFT: frame shift in seconds (default=0.01)
SAMPLEFREQ: sampling frequency (default=8000)

Furthermore other keys may give details on the type of signal processing that has been applied

TRACKTYPE: SPECTRUM, CEPSTRUM, ..
FREQSCALE: MELDM, ERB, ..
FILTERSHAPE: TRI, RECT, ..
WINDOWTYPE: HAMMING, HANNING, BLACKMAN, ..

Data

Data of track files is stored as a sequence (DIM1) of vectors with length (DIM2)
