SPRAAK V1.1.366 solves one major and a few minor bugs in SPRAAK V1.1.362:

During training, the decorrelation (part of MIDA, done by the program spr_decorr.c) was sub-optimal. Models trained with SPRAAK V1.1.362 may hence perform a tiny bit worse than when trained with any of the other released versions.
Evaluating models with 64k+ Gaussians now works correctly.
Small bug fixes (bugs in comments and messages).
