Detailed Description

Add indicators to computer word confidence scores.

Compute various indicators related to the word confidence score, and write them out (or combine them into a single score). The different indicators are:

• the simplified acoustic word posterior, i.e. prod [ f(x_t|s)/(sum_s' f(x_t|s')P(s')) + eps ]
• the average number of points on which the alignment is based (using an HMM+MVG combo)
• the fwd LM prob
• the bwd LM prob
