Detailed Description

Common header for the auxilary data in the xxx_cvt() routines when using the SPR_SRM_CID_DTCVT shared resource (a standardized method for looking up data conversion rules). The header expands SprDTCvtAux with a make_routine which allows one to register a static shared resource (a requirement for shared resources) while still having dynamic auxilary data.
